The 丝瓜视频 welcomes new staff member Clare Wallace to the role of Membership Services Officer concentrating on growing the 丝瓜视频 membership in the high-end dining/restaurant and catering sector.
Clare鈥檚 background is perfect for this role, having had a long history running restaurants and owning Montrachet (one of the best French restaurants in Brisbane) for years, along with a few other outlets in partnership with her chef husband. Most recently she has been teaching at TAFE specialising in hospitality Certificate courses. As an experienced business owner and industry advocate, Clare possesses deep insight into the restaurant sector鈥檚 needs and challenges and is looking forward to supporting members whilst strengthening industry connections.
